Diagnostic Assessments
 
A Diagnostic Assessment is a complete assessment that includes clinical considerations of the client's general physical, developmental, family, social, psychiatric, and psychological history and current condition. The Diagnostic Assessment will also note strengths, vulnerabilities, and needed mental health services.  A provisional mental health diagnosis will be noted.
